**Position Overview**:
We are looking for two **Bilingual Sales Representatives** to drive new business development and strengthen client relationships. Based out of our Montreal office, these roles will focus on targeting architectural specifiers, contractors and other stakeholders to expand the adoption of our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition & Relationship Building**
- Identify and engage prospective clients, specifically the architectural community to have our products specified, to promote our height safety solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct presentations and demos to illustrate the value and compliance benefits to our solutions.

**Sales Strategy & Target Achievement**
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market opportunities and trends.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, ensuring clear communication of product benefits and regulatory compliance.

**Desired Skills and Competencies**:

- Proven experience in a B2B sales, preferably within the safety, construction, or industrial products sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with architects, construction contractors, and other key decision-makers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Proficiency in both English and French is required.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: Up to $160,000 per year.

**Aperçu du poste**:
Nous sommes à la recherche de deux représentants des ventes bilingues pour stimuler le développement de nouvelles affaires et renforcer les relations avec les clients. Basés à notre bureau de Montréal, ces rôles se concentreront sur le ciblage des prescripteurs architecturaux, des entrepreneurs et d'autres parties prenantes afin d'accroître l'adoption de nos produits.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Acquisition de clients et établissement de relations
- Identifier et engager des clients potentiels, en particulier la communauté architecturale, afin de spécifier nos produits et de promouvoir nos solutions de sécurité en hauteur.
- Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, comprendre leurs besoins et fournir des recommandations de produits sur mesure.
- Effectuer des présentations et des démonstrations pour illustrer la valeur et les avantages de nos solutions en matière de conformité.
