**The main tasks for the Bilingual Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to**:

- Researching the automotive repair / collision repair industry to generate new leads /customers.
- Contacting existing customers to follow up on order fulfillment and satisfaction.
- Contacting inactive customers to generate new sales.
- Building customer relations to help close deals.
- General office tasks such as filing, spreadsheets, sourcing product data for data entry, generating reports.
- Provide prompt, friendly and professional customer service to our customers and sales team.
- After sales support and tracking orders.
- Provide support and solutions to customers in accordance with customer service policies;
- Work Remotely: No

**Description of the skills required for the Bilingual Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative**:

- Strong communication and selling skills.
- Ability to use digital product information to sell our products.
- Have relevant professional experience as a bilingual office clerk, inside sales representative or a similar position;
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook is important;
- The Bilingual Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative should be a team player, someone outgoing, well-spoken, comfortable speak with customers daily, organized and reliable.
- Minimum years of experience in a similar position: 3 years.

**Other information**:
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

Starting salary: $23 / hour

Les tâches principales du représentant bilingue des ventes internes et du service à la clientèle comprennent, sans toutefois s'y limiter:

- Étudier le secteur de la réparation automobile et de la réparation après collision afin de générer de nouveaux prospects et clients.
- Communiquer avec les clients existants afin d'assurer le suivi des commandes et leur satisfaction.
- Communiquer avec les clients inactifs afin de générer de nouvelles ventes.
- Vente incitative de produits par téléphone et par courriel, sur les commandes en cours, en utilisant des promotions et des incitatifs.
- Établir des relations avec la clientèle pour conclure des ventes.
- Tâches administratives générales telles que le classement, la gestion de feuilles de calcul, la recherche de données sur les produits pour la saisie de données et la production de rapports.
- Offrir un service à la clientèle rapide, courtois et professionnel à nos clients et à notre équipe de vente.
- Service après-vente et suivi des commandes.
- Offrir du soutien et des solutions aux clients conformément aux politiques de service à la clientèle ;

Description des compétences requises pour le poste de représentant bilingue des ventes internes et du service à la clientèle:

- Excellentes compétences en communication et en vente.
- Capacité d'utiliser les renseignements numériques sur les produits pour vendre nos produits.
- Expérience professionnelle pertinente en tant que commis de bureau bilingue, représentant des ventes internes ou à un poste similaire ;
- Trois années d’expérience avec Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et Outlook sont importantes ;
- Le représentant bilingue des ventes internes et du service à la clientèle doit être un joueur d’équipe, une personne extravertie, éloquente, à l’aise pour communiquer quotidiennement avec les clients, organisée et fiable.
- Minimum d’années d’expérience dans un poste similaire : 3 ans.

Salaire de départ : 23 $/heure
