Welcome to **MIR**, a firm specializing in the recruitment of technical, administrative and management personnel for businesses across Quebec.

We are currently looking for a sales representative for our industrial partner, an industrial machinery supplier operating in the Canadian and American markets and offering standard or highly customized machinery solutions. Its clients range from small businesses to multinationals.

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the President, the representative will initially be responsible in North America for the commercial representation of an Italian manufacturer and Canadian representative for the commercial representation of an American manufacturer. Both in the HVAC industry and related fields.

**Objective and Responsibilities**:

- Develop the name and presence of the company with their current and future customers in a specific market;
- Meet with customer engineers to understand the technical issues of their projects and propose appropriate solutions;
- Provide technical assistance between manufacturers and customers to establish the criteria and specifications of the equipment and tools required, the production rate and the quality of the parts to be produced;
- Make technical representations of the various products offered;
- Participate in the company's CRM to share information with the various teams;
- Participate in exhibitions in America and Europe;
- Participate in the reception of machines at suppliers with or without customers;
- Occasionally participate in machine start-up at the customer.

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma or bachelor's degree in industrial mechanical engineering;
- Reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams;
- Perfectly bilingual in English and Italian, French would be a great asset;
- Have a valid passport and driver's license;
- Available for training at manufacturers in Italy and the United States;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

**Required skills**:

- Autonomous, professional person with a sense of leadership and business;
- Sales experience an important asset;
- Demonstrate an excellent ability to communicate in both languages in writing and orally (English and Italian) French would be a great asset;
- Mature and motivated person.

**Working conditions**:

- Based in Montreal, Pointe-Claire, with **travel to Canada, the United States and Italy**;
- Start date: As soon as possible;
- Salary offered: from 25 to 35$/h, with commission on sales.
