**_The Opportunity: _**

We are seeking a highly motivated **_Applications Technical Support_** individual to join our team in Newmarket. This role is specifically for the Wildlife Segment. You will have the ability to interact with professional staff and clients on a technical basis both in an office and a field environment.

**_Requirements: _**

This position requires an individual with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Science, or equivalent experience. Electro-Technologists with suitable experience will also be considered. Biological/Environmental sciences experience or Programming and embedded firmware development experience would be an asset.

**_Duties: _**

Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Satellite/GPS equipment produced and sold by Lotek.

Demonstrated ability to document, track, troubleshoot and resolve complex and time sensitive issues.

Maintain test equipment in good working condition.
