We are seeking a full-time Business Development Representative with a track record of successful sales campaigns from lead generation to closure within the online marketplace. You are a people-person and are comfortable reaching out to individuals and building relationships. You are an individual looking to grow with an innovative and expanding small business. **What You’ll Do**:

- Assist us in growing our website development division
- Warm and cold lead generation
- Networking
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities
- Write and present proposals based on client needs
- Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding digital solutions that exceed customer expectations.

**Required Skills / Attributes / Experience**:

- ** Previous sales experience is required (2-3 years B2B Preferred)**:

- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented & self-driven
- Knowledgeable in all facets of the digital marketplace.
- Project Management skills an asset
