Fox and Forth is a creative agency owned by ambitious women. We're a team of media mavens looking to make things happen. We drive success working with our clients by defining their brand through social media, marketing strategy, promotional marketing, and graphic design.

This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a competitive salary and flexible health benefits along with being part of an awesome, supportive team that likes to work hard and play hard.
Additional perks include a $500/annum clothing allowance, a flexible schedule and work locations and Fridays off at 3.
**About the Work**:
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Effectively submits, manages and tracks client orders from inception to completion, provides detailed reports regarding order status and progress.
- Communicates regularly with new and existing clients by attendance at networking and corporate events, engaging in cold calling, and by maintaining regular contact.
- Provides a consistent, high level of customer service and satisfaction by understanding client needs and helping clients brand their goods and services through Fox and Forth.
- Establishes and maintains positive relationships with vendors to establish value for service.
- Communicates effectively, collaborates with co-workers, attends and contributes to regular team meetings, and professional development activities.
- Effectively handles client and vendor concerns and issues.
- Meets or exceeds sales quotas, demonstrates agility through successful handling of changing priorities, and meets deadlines for internal and external deliverables including the submission of commission records.
- Establishing and maintaining a membership in good standing with Business Networking International (BNI) and a Chamber or local Business Association.
- Completes other duties as assigned.

**About Your Qualifications**:
- A minimum of one year of experience within the Promotional Products and Apparel industry.
- 2-5+ years of previous experience within the marketing and digital media industries.
- A well-rounded, deep knowledge of the marketing and digital media industries.
- An understanding of the ins and outs of talking to vendors and dealing with clients.
- Previous marketing experience or post-secondary education in a related field.
- An ability to work independently, self-motivate, and self manage priorities and time effectively.
- A high degree of communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Own reliable vehicle, class 5 drivers license, Clean Drivers Abstract.
