As a **Business Development Representative**, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your mission? To identify and nurture new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver marketing solutions that drive results. You’ll be responsible for outbound sales activities, conducting client discovery meetings, and managing the entire sales process from start to finish. If you’re a self-starter with a passion for sales and a knack for connecting with people, this could be the perfect role for you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Conduct 50 outbound touchpoints weekly, engaging with both new and existing clients to generate leads and build your pipeline.
- Attend networking events and actively seek out new business opportunities through relationship building.
- Complete 3-5 client discovery meetings weekly, crafting tailored proposals that align with client needs and BubbleUp’s offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that your sales strategies are aligned with our marketing goals and operational capabilities.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring win-win outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in the home building and land development sectors, to position our services effectively.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a marketing agency or within the home building and land development industry.
- A post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience in sales or marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to adjust your style to different audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management software, with the ability to track and analyze your sales activities.
- A passionate self-starter with a resilient and optimistic attitude towards challenges.
- A collaborative team player who’s also capable of working independently.
