**Recruiting Business Development Manager**

Rane Pharmaceutical Inc. is a leading chemistry contract research organization (CRO) located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We specialize in Synthetic and Medicinal Chemistry and provide custom synthesis, Process development & scale up. Our clients include top pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies worldwide. To further strengthen our global business development, we are looking for a Business Development Manager.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop partnerships with companies in the USA and EUROPE
- Be proactive and contact prospective clients
- Identify and develop business opportunities

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s or PhD degree in chemistry/Biological Sciences. Additional business degree is preferred.
- 4-8 Years of experience in Business Development
- Have a good network in USA and European Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries.
- Good Drug Discovery knowledge
- Good Project management knowledge
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasive skills

**LOCATION**:
In Edmonton

Compensation: Base salary with bonus based on qualification and experience.

**HOW TO APPLY**:
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- Commission pay

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Marketing/Sales: 4 years (required)
