The Surveillance Shop is expanding and looking for a Business Development Manager / outside sales professional that will be responsible for developing and managing new accounts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Selling integrated security solutions to industrial and commercial businesses
- Developing a pipeline of business by prospecting, cold-calling, tradeshows, and networking
- Archiving and maintaining a sales quota
- Nurturing, managing, and growing accounts
- Develop security proposals (including drawings)
- Responding to ‘hot leads’ within a timely fashion
- Strong sales acumen
- Technical experience / acumen
- B2B sales experience with oil and gas an asset
- Be enthusiastic, outgoing, upbeat, and driven to succeed
- Accommodating and willing to go the extra mile
- Strong computer skills and basic computer network knowledge
- Ability to build and develop professional relationships with customers
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
**This position offers**:
- Base wage + strong commission package
- OTE 100K (including commission)

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Outside Sales: 2 years (preferred)
