**Behavioural Therapist (Psychotherapist) -English/French Bilingual**

**Who we are**:
Odyssey Health Services (a division of J Marlin and Associates Inc.), is a dynamic inter-professional team that provides a broad spectrum of services tailored to the individual’s specific difficulties contributing to their disability status from work. Services range from complex, multidisciplinary, and psychological assessments and treatment programs to briefer behavioural treatment programs for less complex cases. Patients are referred by employers, disability insurers, and other health care professionals.

Our Behavioural Therapists work to support patients in achieving a more meaningful and fulfilling life by engaging in values and goals-based activities. The focus of our service is to support the functional activation of our patients to move towards the life they want to live, in the presence of significant challenges such as chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and trauma. With the support of a team of psychologists, psychotherapists and kinesiologists, our staff members deliver care to people looking to get back to the best life they can live on a daily basis, including a return to employment.

**You are**:

- A Psychotherapist registered and in good standing with your provincial regulatory body, as applicable.
- A professional with a minimum of 5-years of experience delivering patient care and the ability to deliver evidence-based interventions facilitating functional restoration with a return-to-work focus.
- Experience delivering, as within your scope of practice, Behavioural Activation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and motivational interviewing with adults.
- Ability to function effectively as part of an inter-professional team, while also maintaining independent practice
- Highly organized and able to demonstrate time management and consultation skills.
- Excellent oral and written skills in both French and English
