**About BAASS Business Solutions**:
**Position Summary**:
Our _**ERP Consultant**_ will participate in planning and managing all aspects of ERP implementations:

- Lead discovery calls alongside account managers with customers or prospects.
- Conduct requirements analysis and solution design engagements.
- Provide the initial setup of the ERP system and configure it as per customers’ requirements.
- Assist our customers with data migration.
- Deliver ERP modules knowledge transfer for our customers.
- Identify and resolve problems, as well as build, and maintain positive relationships.
- Work closely with our Sales and Operations teams.
- Responsible for timely entry of internal systems.

**Essential Skills**:

- Bilingual: English and French
- 2+ years of relevant experience with ERP systems (will also consider recent graduates)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
- Experience configuring and maintaining systems, as well as providing user support.
- Ability to analyze and categorize issues in the context of organizational and functional objectives.
- Ability to perform and document detailed analyses of the end-user’s business processes and routine.
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to focus and pay close attention to details while keeping sight of the larger issues.
- Ability to listen, analyze and document critical business requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Willingness to work within a flexible and collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize while remaining focused, organized, and working independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
