**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Masters-level education in related fields required
- Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Registered Psychotherapists or the Ontario College of Social Workers
- Previous experience in a private practice setting, where strong clinical assessment and treatment skills were required
- Experience providing assessment/therapy to individuals from diverse backgrounds and working with a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues
- Excellent assessment and diagnosis skills
- Ability to develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, including evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with other healthcare professionals and clients
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely reports/clinical notes and adhere to ethical principles and legal requirements
- Experience with remote therapy sessions is an asset

**Nice-to-Have**
- Able to provide assessment/counselling services in multiple languages.
