**Job Summary**:
TCI has an opening for an Operations Coordinator, Dealer Digital Solutions (DDS). The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the successful rollout and ongoing operational support of the Toyota and Lexus DDS program. Reporting to the DDS Manager, this role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, as the primary contact for Regional Marketing Managers, Field Trainers and program vendor support staff.

**What’s The Scope?**
- Support the daily operations of the DDS program (aiding TCI Zone/Field Staff, Program Vendor Field Trainers, etc.) through education and training
- Collaborate with other TCI/TCCI business leads and departments as required
- Build strong relationships and trust with all partners to ensure program runs smoothly
- Provide updates as requested on rollout and sustainment of DDS program
- Daily/weekly communication with Regional Marketing Managers, program vendors and other partners

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**_General Duties_**
- Support the successful rollout of the DDS program and provide ongoing operational support which includes:

- Toyota and Lexus Dealer Digital Solutions Certified Programs
- Program Field Training Teams
- Dealer Digital Evaluation Scorecard (DDE)
- Field Staff / Zone Support and training
- Help oversee the day-to-day operations of the program
- Act as DDS contact for Regional Marketing Managers, Program Vendor Field Trainers and support staff
- Support the generation of communications plans, marketing materials and other collateral demonstrating the value of the DDS program
- Collect program feedback from TCI teams/departments and dealers via the Regional Marketing Managers
- Identify areas of opportunity and Kaizen for the DDS program

**_Communications Planning & Execution Support _**
- Support communications plans that demonstrate program value to Toyota and Lexus Dealers
- Help build consensus among relevant stakeholder groups (cross-functional departments) to maximize messaging and program value

**_Tier 3 Tactical Marketing Strategy_**
- Assist with identifying value-added vendor programs that deliver cross-tier effective and efficient solutions for marketing activities (Search, Display, Social, etc.)
- Consult with the Regional Marketing Managers on effectiveness of existing Dealer spend vs. DDS program offerings

- Cross-departmental collaboration
- Engaged Dealer DCT and subcommittees
- Rollout of program-supporting materials (Regional Marketing Manager guidebooks, Dealer toolkits, etc.)
- Engaged and enabled Regional Marketing Managers

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Post-Secondary Education, preferably University Marketing Degree
- 3+ years in Digital Marketing/Automotive or relevant Dealer/Field Experience
- Experience launching and sustaining high impact, national programs
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong working knowledge of Dealer Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms
- French speaking an asset
