**Your Role: Digital Marketing Specialist**

You’re a strategist. A creator. A storyteller.
In this role, you’ll manage Belle Blossoms’ digital brand presence with precision and purpose. From Instagram reels to campaign rollouts, you’ll be at the heart of how we engage, inspire, and grow.

**What You’ll Own**:

- Lead content strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Create and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Stories, Highlights, etc.)
- Develop campaign assets and promotional content aligned with our seasonal offerings and brand moments
- Collaborate closely with design, fulfillment, and floral teams to gather in-store and event content
- Track performance, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust content strategy in real time
- Manage community interactions — responding to comments, DMs, and building brand loyalty

**What You Bring**:

- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand storytelling
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- A strong sense of design, aesthetics, and content rhythm
- Experience managing brand pages and developing content calendars
- Familiarity with South Asian cultural events, Indian weddings, or Tamil traditions is a major asset
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Able to work independently on-site and occasionally during weekend events

**You Stand Out If You**:

- Have scaled a social media account or campaign — brand or personal
- Understand audience behavior across platforms and how to adapt tone, timing, and format
- Are comfortable both behind the camera and in front of it
- Thrive in fast-paced, creative environments and bring fresh ideas to the table weekly
- Are fluent in Tamil or another South Asian language (bonus)
