**Warehouse Coordinator**

PDS is a long-standing, fast-growing equipment distributor in the Printing and Graphics Industry looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our customer focused team. In this role, you will manage the inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control and warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who is organized and has a team-based mentality.

**Key Job Functions**

Warehouse management
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Receive parts, supplies and equipment
- Prepare equipment for shipping (skid and/or crate)

Shipping and receiving
- Arrange pick up and delivery of LTL and packages
- Support customs clearance of inbound and outbound shipments
- Pick and pack customer orders

Inventory control
- Manage all inventory levels and ensure consistent accuracy
- Perform regular cycle counts
- Obtain knowledge of vendor product lines/parts

Customer service support
- Ensure all customers receive tracking numbers for orders
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as needed
- Offer educated parts/supplies advice, where needed
- Reference parts manuals for item numbers
- Invoicing, as needed

**Job Requirements/Essential Skills**
- At least high school diploma required
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage changing and competing priorities while being proactive in anticipating needs.
- Excellent command of English language, written and verbal, and effective communicator
- Attention to detail, accuracy and follow up
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Self-starter with driven personality and a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Has basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn inventory management systems
- Research and analytical skills
- Customer service experience an asset
- Print industry experience an asset

**Schedule**

Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

**Hourly Wage Range**

$19 - $23 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
