- **MEDCENTRE HEALTH** is operating in GTA and providing **Patient Care **(Urgent care, Women’s health care & Dermatological care) & **developing Health Facilities**(Medical Centres & Clinics) in the past 11 years.
- Now we are in the process of providing **Home Care / Home Health Care services **soon.
- Currently, we have doctors, clinical assistants, nurses and managers numbering more than 20. We anticipate increasing our staff & professionals team soon, numbering more than 50.
- Due to this expansion, we are looking for committed, enthusiastic, career-oriented, and passionate Business / Management professional with ambitious goals,to join our management team.

**Objectives of this Role**:

- Ongoing on-the-job coaching by providing constant feedback and training to help ensure you achieve your goals.
- Coordinates and consults with the third-party vendors - Subject experts, Digital techs and Consultants.
- As part of the Management Team, **reports to the CEO**.

**Required Education**:

- **Management **or **Business-related** Degree (BBA / BCom / MBA / BSc) or **Ontario College Diploma** -specializing in Technology / Operations / Business Development / Project Management/ Digital Marketing.

**Required Skills**:

- Computer Skills: G-Suite/Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive etc.), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Teams etc.)
- Stays updated on digital trends and recommendations for greater engagements and new opportunities.
- Familiarity with business and financial principals
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills and efficient.

- Managing Google Business Profile & Google Analytics
- Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe.
- Managing Marketing Strategy & Branding
- Familiarity using WordPress/Elementor to monitor our website and update.
- Compose and schedule online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
- Assist in updating marketing materials (brochures, data sheets, press releases, etc.)

**Operations Responsibilities**:

- Overseas and coordinates all the services we provide.
- Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase supplies, plan inventory and oversee Inventory efficiency.
- Helping the organization’s processes remains legally compliant.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
- Train and supervise staff.
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, webinars.
- Managing Profitability & Maintaining Revenue Management Goals
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service.

**Digital Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Keep UpToDate on the latest social media trends.
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals,
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
- Manage the content that the business posts to social media.
- Develop strategies that drive customers to the website.
- Improve the design, User Experience (UX), traffic and content of the website.
- Create campaigns on social media platform.
- Interest and ability to learn emerging digital platforms, marketing, and social media management tools.
- Attend professional and social functions, conventions and events as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$62,000.00 per year / $22- $30 per hour
