**The Opportunity**
In your role as Marketing Operations Specialist, you play a crucial part in our dynamic marketing team. Your expertise and support in marketing operations will drive our business objectives and ensure that our marketing efforts are set up for success. You will be part of a marketing operations team that is data-driven and focused on managing marketing campaigns, systems, data, and processes to enable the marketing team to succeed. Your responsibilities will include executing and overseeing marketing campaign operations, managing systems and data, and ensuring that our processes are optimized to provide the necessary support for our marketing team to achieve their goals. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and report to our Manager of Marketing Operations to drive quality, maintain system health, and optimize our campaigns.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for campaign operations development and execution, including:
- Scheduling and creating Marketo programs/campaigns
- Event & Syndication list upload
- Monitor, optimize, and update Marketo automation and programs.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project specifics and coordinate with internal resources for campaign execution.
- Collaborate with web optimization teams to help implement AB tests.
- Create and maintain campaign documentation and support materials.
**What we're looking for**
- Ability to ramp up on new technologies quickly.
- Experience in Campaign Operations utilizing Marketo.
- Experience with CRM Salesforce campaign management and reporting.
- Preferred experience with the tools our department uses: Marketo, Salesforce, Ringlead, Drift, GA4, 6sense, and Calibeermind
- **Living in one of the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia**
