**Logistics Supervisor at WESTON MFG in Fort Macleod, AB**

**Position**: Logistics Supervisor
**Location**: Fort Macleod, AB
**Hourly Wage**: $25-30/HR.

Our regular operational hours run Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Hours can fluctuate and overtime hours are available for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Oversee a team of 4 employees, including a tube laser operator, three painters, and regular laboring staff at Weston MFG.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with the laboring team at the Paint Shop to ensure smooth operations and coordination of products.
- **Communication**: Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate tasks and ensure effective teamwork.
- **Organization**: Ensure materials are organized in the correct locations for optimal workflow. You will be responsible for carrying out the organization of the materials.

**Requirements**:

- **Equipment Proficiency**: Experience **operating a loader.**:

- **License**: Must possess a **Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.**:

- **Leadership**: Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
