**In this role you will**:
- Lead annual business planning for assigned customer, identifying a path to capitalize on opportunities and overcome challenges
- Provide direction to team members and other internal resources with responsibilities for the assigned customer to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to execution
- Maintain trusted relationships with the assigned customer to ensure Kimberly-Clark is positioned as a partner and thought leader
- Meet customer expectations and ensure the timely execution and follow-up of related tasks while conforming to corporate policies and mandates
- Provide effective fund management for the assigned customer to ensure spending levels are commensurate with expected volumes, claims are processed in a timely manner, and accurate records are kept in support of internal or external audits
- Provide the customer guidance regarding supply to mitigate out of stocks and aged inventory
- Manage negotiations to secure Kimberly-Clark’s interests, foster and protect relationships, and grow the business
- Contribute to an environment where all team members are respected and valued regardless of their individual differences and are inspired to improve business results
- Contribute, when required, to projects and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with others to execute

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- A recognized post-secondary degree
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, and proficient in customer, category and trade management
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Track record of developing and executing unique solutions and innovation to customers
- Ability to collaborate, delegate and inspire others to take action
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively
- Ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects, paying strict attention to detail and adhering to deadlines
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret & leverage data to support customer proposals
