This role is designed for a strategic sales leader who intimately understands the food landscape and the mechanics of the Costco channel.

**The Opportunity: Your Strategic Impact**

The National Key Account Manager is responsible for identifying and maximizing profitable opportunities within Costco Wholesale, both by maintaining and growing existing business and developing impactful new products.

**Your Key Responsibilities Include**:

- **Strategy & Sales**: Develop and execute comprehensive customer plans, including annual agreements, strategic pricing, and promotional programs, ensuring alignment with both Costco’s and the vendor's objectives.
- **Innovation Leadership**: Lead new item presentations and leverage our R&D focus to bring profitable products to market.
- **Financial Management**: Manage sales, trade spend, and forecasts. Conduct post-promotional analysis to measure success and optimize pricing/packaging plans.
- **Vendor Partnership**: Work closely with manufacturer partners to proactively understand and solve challenges related to supply chain, production, and order fulfillment.
- **Market Presence**: Spend time in the market, review competitive execution, and consistently build trust-based relationships with the Costco buying team.

We are looking for a high-impact, results-driven professional who meets the following mandatory criteria:
**Sector and Channel Expertise (mandatory)**
- **Minimum 10 years** of experience in the **Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) food industry**.
- **Costco Wholesale Experience**:Proven, direct account management experience with Costco is a significant and mandatory advantage** for this strategic role.

**Work Location Requirement**

**Core Qualifications**
- Proven experience in high-level account management.
- Experience working with IRI or other syndicated data is an asset.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- **Bilingualism (English and French) is essential.**:

- Ability to work independently and as an effective contributor to the sales team in a very fast-paced environment.
