Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts, such as Costco, Walmart etc..., ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement.

**Duties**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Assist in the development and execution of account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients
- Utilize ERP software to track account activities, update customer information, and generate reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through various channels

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in account management or a related field is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and drive results
- Proficiency and experience with Erp systems a definate asset
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and align them with company offerings
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
