As a key member of the Client Experience organization, the Client Care Specialist will work directly with our plan members, plan sponsors, clients, advisors, and service providers to provide an exceptional experience. This will include being the voice of the People Corporation brand through our client care center by responding to general enquiries about the plans, benefits, and coverage, assist with troubleshooting and resolving problems with the goal of doing so with a single contact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Care
- Adjudication of all Health, Dental and Health Care Spending Account claims on the adjudication platform
- Ensuring that service standards are met or exceeded.
- Obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of claim submissions and data
- Assisting members with the online portal and mobile app
- Assisting service providers with the online portal for submission of claims
- Initiating and/or implementing correct action as needed to ensure than an excellent standard of service and a high level of client satisfaction is maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years customer care experience (insurance, and health and dental benefits claims an asset)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Claims adjudication and customer care experience.
- A desire to provide exceptional customer service, and a valuable experience to clients.
- Fluency in French is considered an asset.
