ChainMyne is looking to expand its Operations team and transition into the next phase of growth. As the Client Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering positive experiences to customers and provide them with a white glove service, as they shop using ChainMyne’s trading platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the building of positive customer engagement within our platform.
- Ensure each step of the onboarding process for new clients is successfully completed, including gathering of customer information and adhering to pre-qualification standards.
- Assist with the CRM process by implementing business plans and procedures to drive growth and customer outcomes.
- Communicate with external affiliates regarding onboarding clients, payments processing, trading desk, customer and salesperson needs.
- Help maintain daily operations, security, financial & professional services, supporting and adjusting as necessary across core functions.
- Act as a liaison between company and customer for quality assurance - striving for best-in-class outcomes for the stakeholder.
- Liaise with Management and Specialists to coordinate and support project activities, ensuring positive customer experience and that clients’ needs are met as projects and initiatives evolve.
- Participate in the implementation of a client satisfaction survey and analyze the results to understand their experience and enhance it.
- Collaborate on Marketing initiatives with internal and external teams.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of client engagement experience or a related field.
- Proven ability to drive amazing customer experience and results.
- You have a passion for learning about digital currency technology and products.
- Experience with crypto based products and services - an asset.
- Understanding of the Agile methodology - an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
