We are seeking a Claims Adjudication Specialist to join our team in Laval, QC or Winnipeg, MB.

The Claims Adjudication Specialist will actively contribute to the success of People Corporation by providing excellent service and support to our valued clients. This exciting role includes interacting with plan members and service providers to provide responses to inquiries about claims and services.

**The Claims Adjudication Specialist will**:

- Adjudicate Health and Dental claims up to $1,500 on the adjudication platform.
- Ensure that service standards are met or exceeded.
- Obtain, analyze, and verifying the accuracy of claim submissions and data.
- Initiate and/or implementing correct action as needed to ensure excellent service standard and high level of client satisfaction is maintained.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of client information
- Actively participate in training on new product offering and various process updates.
- Actively participates in huddles & team meetings and shares learnings in a constructive manner.

**T**o be successful **as a Claims Adjudication Specialist **with People Corporation, you will need**:

Regularly attempts to add value to customer expectations. Ability to build strong working relationships. Client empathy and commitment to providing an excellent service and client experience. Strong conflict management skills.
- Communication - Communicates so that messages are clearly understood and consistent. Responds to concerns in a respectful manner. Presents relevant information in a timely logical, clear and consistent manner. Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Decision Making - Applies guidelines and procedures that require some interpretation when dealing with exceptions. Makes appropriate independent decision in non-routine situations. Considers the risks and consequences of action and decisions.
- Attention to Detail - Able to accomplish and complete tasks while demonstrating a thorough concern for all areas involved, regardless of how small. Monitors and checks work or information, while organizing time and resources efficiently with high level of accuracy.
- Resilience - Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with multiple competing deadlines.
**- 3 years relevant work experience in a service-related role (Insurance, and health & dental benefits claims an asset)
- Fluency in French is considered an asset.
