**Sommaire du poste**

Nous avons un poste permanent à combler immédiatement. Le titulaire assurera le support des nouveaux clients et la fidélisation des clients actuels.

**Fonctions attachée au poste**

Ses tâches et responsabilités incluent mais ne se limitent pas à:

- Répondre au téléphone, prendre les messages ou acheminer les appels de service et d’informations sur les produits aux personnes concernées.
- Conseiller en ventes internes, identifier les besoins des clients potentiels, et conclure des ventes.
- Comprendre les besoins et les défis des clients éventuels et être capable d’identifier rapidement les occasions d’affaires et de proposer des solutions.
- Préparer des soumissions et fournir la documentation technique; gérer le dossier en faisant le suivi des soumissions.
- Faire le suivi des commandes afin de respecter les échéanciers et les spécifications.
- Coordoner l'expédition des commandes.

**Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes**
- Le bilinguisme français - anglais.
- Avoir de bonnes connaissances Microsoft Office.
- Être déterminé, bon communicateur et capable de travailler sous pression.
- Dynamique, professionnelle, travaillante, honnête et aimant relever de nouveaux défis.
- Avoir des capacités d’analyse et de synthèse.
- Avoir une bonne organisation de travail.
- Avoir de la minutie, de la patience, le souci du détail, un bon jugement, de la discrétion, de l’entregent, aimer travailler avec le public.
