job description
- Must own computer and phone
- Must speak English
- Must live in Canmore
- Must have basic quickbooks knowledge, like payroll through workforce, help with invoicing and estimating. little bookkeeping, profit and loss report monthly
- Knows how to zoom call
- Paying monthly bills, like shop rent, taxes, insurance, utilities, paint store bill, sub contractors and supplies
- Follow ups with clients
- Help with CRA and registry
- Communicate with me the owner and operations, accountant advisor, CPA accountant, lawyer, employees, clients, marketing manager
- Set up benefit plan for employees
- Help with documents like employee agreement and policies, SOP, sub contractors
- Placing orders, inventory, shirts ,hats, jacket, stickers, business cards, vehicle stickers or wrap, door hanger pamphlets
flexible hours, but absolutely need one hour on every 10 and 25 of every month for payroll
- Start immediately
- Criminal check, you will have access to business bank account
- Printing documents
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
