**Career Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our products or services.
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging content for various marketing channels, as required.
- Support the maintenance of brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Assist in the tracking and analysis of marketing campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing team, managing files, and maintaining records.
- Assist with Store Merchandising, sales tools, and salon retail signage.
- Assist with sales analysis to provide recommendations of promotional activities.
- Manage assigned brand portfolio with the assistance of Marketing Manager.
- Create, review, and edit all content for Marketing Materials (flyers, signage, other sales tools)
- Respect and maintain confidentiality of all MBS business and client information.
- Demonstrate our company culture and values.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications & Core Competencies**
- University or College degree/diploma with a focus in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills preferred and an eye for aesthetics in presentation materials.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and across departments.
- Attention to detail and a keen interest in marketing and consumer behaviour.

**Additional**

**Location**:3695 Barrington Street, Halifax, NS, B3K 2Y3. Hybrid eligible (remote & on-site work)

**Job Type**:Full Time (37.5 hours), Permanent

**Schedule**:Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
