**Job Summary**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven **Marketing Assistant** to join our team in Halifax. This entry-level position is hands-on, fast-paced, and people-oriented. You’ll play a key role in supporting brand initiatives, engaging with customers in person, and contributing to exciting promotional activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns in retail and event settings
- Interact with customers face-to-face, share information, and assist with sign-ups
- Work alongside the team to ensure campaign goals and customer experience standards are met
- Contribute to daily team activities, workshops, and ongoing training
- Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and confidence engaging with people
- Ability to work full time in person and travel locally as needed
- Team-oriented mindset with motivation to grow
