Lewis Motors is looking to hire a Human Resources / Payroll Manager. The company has 6 locations, 170 employees. The job responsibilities include Bi-weekly payroll and benefit administration. Submission of withholding and RRSP payments. Coordination and Tracking of Employee Training and participation in Health and Safety meetings. Assist Department Managers with new hires and Employee Disciplinary procedures. Processing Employee Expense Reports.

Manage Health and Safety: Maintain Binders and training records for all locations' Monthly Safety Meetings, Maintain Employee Orientation Health and Safety Manual Documentation, Ensure all new hire documentation and training is complete, Manage Training as required for WHMIS and Forklift with External Training Provider.

Requirements: 5-10 Years HR and Payroll Processing Experience, College Diploma, Experience with Payworks an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
