Job Description:

- Accurately maintain accounts with Sage 50 accounting software
- Maintain and manage Account payable and receivables
- Inventory management and records
- Review expense reports and enter expenses into defined accounts
- Keep the financial information up-to-date in system
- Manage ongoing payments of corporate expenditures such as rent, utilities, and other fees
- File and archive all accounting paperwork ensuring files are easily accessible and well organized
- Provide administrative support to management staff and assist with operational needs
- General office administration and other duties as required

At least 2 years full time bookkeeping related work experience in Canada.
Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently
Desire to take on additional responsibilities
Conscientious, hard-working, results-oriented personality

Diploma preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bonus pay
