**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Basic Bookkeeping:

- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Appointment Booking:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments for project meetings, site visits, and client consultations.
- Maintain an organized calendar for the team.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Invoicing:

- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain records of all invoices sent and received.
- Administrative Support:

- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain digital filing systems and databases.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.
- Social Media Management:

- Create, schedule, and post content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
- Website Content Management:

- Update and maintain website content.
- Ensure all information is current and accurate.
- Adhoc activities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Excellent organizational and self-directed time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive.)
- Basic experience with social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and content management.
- Basic knowledge of updating website content on Squarespace. (If not, ability to be self directed in learning basic updating skills)
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
