**About Us**:
Escarpment Construction is a growing general contracting company specializing in asphalt, concrete, and interlock work for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. We're committed to delivering quality workmanship and building a skilled, motivated team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate paver and/or spreader machine to lay asphalt
- Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance
- Work closely with foreman and crew to meet project specs and timelines
- Perform daily equipment checks and report issues
- Assist with other labour tasks on site as needed

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience operating paving/spreader equipment
- Strong understanding of asphalt paving processes and procedures
- Ability to read and follow project layouts and instructions
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding outdoor environment
- Valid driver’s license (DZ or AZ an asset)
- Ability to work well in a team and follow safety protocols
