**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy equipment such as rakes and pavers to spread and level asphalt during paving projects.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow efficiency on job sites.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance during operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in asphalt paving or related construction work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards.
- Strong physical stamina, as the role requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving project goals collaboratively.
- A willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills related to asphalt paving and construction practices.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
