**Position Summary**:
We are currently hiring **Asphalt Labourers** to assist with various tasks related to asphalt paving projects. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role ideal for individuals who are hardworking, dependable, and eager to grow in the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with asphalt paving, raking, and shoveling
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Prep and clean work sites before and after paving
- Support operators and crew with project setup and cleanup
- Work safely around heavy machinery and traffic
- Follow directions from foreman and team leads

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Safety-conscious and punctual
- Valid G-class driver’s license preferred

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Asphalt: 5 years (required)
- Concrete forming: 5 years (required)
