**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate skid steer safely and efficiently on active asphalt job sites
- Load, move, and place asphalt and other materials as directed
- Assist with site preparation, grading, and cleanup
- Work closely with the paving crew and follow direction from the site foreman
- Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance as needed
- Ensure work is completed to quality and safety standards

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years experience operating a skid steer in asphalt or construction environments
- Strong knowledge of asphalt handling and site safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently and precisely in tight or high-traffic work zones
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather
- Valid G license required (DZ/AZ is an asset)
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
