**Responsibilities**

- Support the Site Supervisor in overseeing daily on-site construction activities to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain schedule and resolve concerns.
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
- Keep detailed reports of material deliveries and labor attendance.
- Assist in scheduling, managing quality control, and addressing issues as they arise.
- Escalate on-site concerns to the Site Supervisor or Project Manager when necessary.
- Attend and participate in site meetings, taking notes and following up on action items as required.
- Conduct site inspections to verify that work aligns with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Support the Site Superintendent with site cleanliness, access control, and organization.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certificate in a related discipline.
- 5 years of building high-rise residential experience
- Familiarity with Ontario Building Code and health and safety regulations (e.g., OHSA).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Procore software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
