We are looking for an enthusiastic **Accounts Payable Supervisor** to join our headquarters in **Owen Sound, ON**

This position is responsible for managing the Accounts Payable department and Reception workload and flow.

**Nature & Scope**
- Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances
- Assist in developing/documenting processes and procedures within the AP team
- Assist in the testing of the ERP system functionality and documentation of the results/procedures
- Monthly journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting
- Respond to queries from the field with regards to AP and assist branches and departments in the processing of AP invoices and vendor accounts
- Other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting
- Use of AI in accounting considered an asset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail required
- Advanced skill level in computers and Microsoft Office Suites programs; extensive experience with Excel required
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Experience with ERP financial systems and software
- CPA Designation considered an asset but not required
