The Front Desk Supervisor is a very important job at Cobble Beach. This person is the face and voice of the company. They have their finger on the pulse of all aspects of the business.
- Defining and implementing front desk objectives and procedures.
- Hiring and training staff and managing the shift schedules.
- Tending to guests' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment.
- Be available on-call after hours to front desk staff for emergencies.
- Supervising staff and all front desk activities. As well conducting performance reviews
- Perform basic front desk duties as needed to support the team (Will be required to cover the front desk on a full-time basis during the off season (November - May).
- Work with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure cleanliness of suites and cottages.
- Managing budgets, records, and contracts working with online booking portals, and improving the level of service to enhance our guest’s experience.
- Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution channels.
- Develop Rates for the Inn that is competitive and fair for each season. Build packages for the Inn including all departments at Cobble Beach
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitors pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities and create better offers to attract more guests.
- Exceeding Budgets and controlling costs in the Inn Department

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be present and available during high volume periods for the front desk and large Events.
- Working most weekends including Sundays to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Will be required to cover the front desk on a full-time basis during the off season (November - May).

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
