**Position Overview**:
As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our firm's operations by overseeing all aspects of human resources management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our firm's goals and objectives. You will provide guidance and support to our staff and management team on HR-related matters and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the firm's objectives and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations when necessary.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension plans, and other perks.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and files, including employee data, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Manage employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues and develop solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Additional office management as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A Human Resources Management College Certificate, or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Any Certified Human Resources Professional Designation is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite
