**Business Development Representative**

**Where you come in**:
We are looking for an energetic and skilled sales associate who can join our small and scrappy startup team. The sales associate will be prospecting consumers and looking for opportunities to help solve their vehicle buying and selling needs.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Prospecting leads, actively listening and discovering customer challenges and opportunities.
- Managing the early stages of the sales process, including outreach and qualification.
- Closing deals by negotiating with consumers and dealer partners.
- Actively leverage our CRM to create, communicate and track opportunities.
- Educate consumers on our product, value proposition, and range of solutions.
- Present new business development opportunities to the sales leadership team.
- Identify opportunities for new sales campaigns and pilot programs.
- Information gathering about competitors and market trends.
- Collaborating with the sales leadership team to set targets and sales objectives.
- Establishing rapport, taking initiative, and having a true sense of ownership with the relationships that you create.
- Providing extraordinary service to our customers and representing MintList as a leader in the automotive industry.

**What You’ll Bring To The Table**:

- 2+ years in outbound sales/business development roles.
- Extensive experience leveraging CRMs and maintaining an organized book of business.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a bonus but not required.
- Results driven with a hunter mentality
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
- Startup or SaaS experience is an asset but is not required.
- Adapt easily to changing situations and flexible in juggling priorities: this is a start-up.
- Undergraduate degree is an asset but is not required.

- $50K - $60K Base salary with up to 40% variable compensation (performance based).

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
