**Position Summary**

Hexafusion Canada Inc. is seeking a proactive and professional **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to help drive growth for our AI-powered IT services and automation solutions.

This role involves high-volume outreach, client engagement, and sales pipeline support for AI IT services, managed cybersecurity, and automation products.
You will collaborate with our leadership and technical teams to deliver compelling presentations, generate qualified leads, and support the full pre-sales process.

**Work Location & On-Site Expectations**

All BDRs must be available for:

- In-person meetings at Hexafusion’s Vancouver office
- On-site visits with clients for sales meetings, demos, or discovery calls
- Full participation in virtual meetings using webcam and microphone

**What You Will Do**
- Represent Hexafusion in **virtual and in-person client meetings**, product demos, and webinars as a client-facing sales representative.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and sales proposals to business owners and IT decision-makers.
- Assist with writing quotes, responding to RFPs, and submitting formal proposals.
- Maintain CRM records, outreach logs, and lead status updates in HubSpot.
- Coordinate bid submissions and ensure proposal accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and sales content.
- Help maintain a professional and engaging social media presence across LinkedIn and related platforms.
- Attend meetings on MSTeams, Zoom or in person with support from technical team leads, presenting our services to business decision-makers.
- Follow through after initial contact to support sales hand-off, demo scheduling, and proposal coordination.

**What We Are Looking For: Must Have**:

- Legally eligible to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or open work permit holder)
- Willingness to complete a background check (criminal record screening)
- 2+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or lead generation
- Comfortable with 40-50 cold calls or outreach tasks per day
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong presentation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in B2B SaaS, managed IT, cybersecurity, or AI services
- Knowledge of bid coordination and responding to RFPs
- Experience hosting virtual webinars, product demos, or tech-focused sales events
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead-gen tools
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies
