As an Business Development Representatives, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients interested in our real estate marketing services. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to effectively convey the value of our services to potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Appointment Scheduling: Engage with prospective clients to introduce our real estate marketing consultancy services, build rapport, and secure appointments for our team members.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain a thorough understanding of our services, value proposition, and pricing structure to effectively communicate with potential clients and address their inquiries.

Follow-up and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and appointments in our CRM system. Ensure timely follow-up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and provide additional information as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share feedback, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion rates, as determined by the company.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field, is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with potential clients and conveying the value of our services.

Persuasive Abilities: Strong persuasive skills to influence potential clients and overcome objections, while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.

Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records using CRM systems or similar tools.

Result-driven: A self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate marketing, industry trends, and terminologies will be an added advantage.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the company and interacting with potential clients.
