Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a unique individual who is both an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator and an enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator. This rare combination of skills is what we believe will take our team to the next level.
**Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities**:
- Track and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including writing contracts using industry templates
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Coordinate with agents, lenders, and other parties to ensure that all documents are accurate and up to date
- Research and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the transaction process
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
**Social Media Content Responsibilities**:
- Content Creation and Curation: Developing, curating, and managing engaging content across various social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Community Management: Monitoring and engaging with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with followers.
- Strategy Development: Creating and implementing social media strategies that align with the company’s goals, brand voice, and target audience to drive growth and engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Tracking social media metrics, analyzing performance data, and providing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Brand Advocacy and Reputation Management: Protecting and promoting the brand’s image online by managing its reputation, handling crises, and leveraging influencers or partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
**CRM Management (FollowUp Boss)**:
- Manage the company’s CRM (Follow Up Boss)
- Data Management and Analysis: Ensuring customer data is accurately entered, maintained, and analyzed within the CRM system to provide insights that drive business decisions
- Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Managing customer segmentation strategies to enable targeted marketing efforts, personalized communication, and effective customer engagement
- Process Optimization: Streamlining CRM workflows and processes to improve efficiency, user adoption, and the overall customer experience
- Integration and Automation: Overseeing the integration of the CRM system with other business tools and automating repetitive tasks to enhance productivity
**Qualifications**:
- High-level commitment to business and client confidentiality
- High-level aptitude for detail-oriented data entry - **ACCURACY MATTERS**
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
- Aptitude for utilizing marketing content tools (such as Canva)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Upbeat, positive, a good listener, intuitive, and adaptable to different personality types
- Able to face challenges and deadlines with efficiency
- Be coachable and have a desire to learn and grow as a team
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
