Victoria Park Real Estate Brokerage is a family-owned business built on excellence. Matthew and Kimbe Davidson opened Victoria Park Real Estate in 2018 after 8 successful years working with a larger real estate company. They were hungry to create something of their own, to develop a brand and a brokerage that would become known for going above and beyond, and to build a team that believed in the same dream. They have been working as a husband and wife team for more than 13 years, first in the tech start-up space, in real estate investments and renovations, and for 12 years helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate.

The brokerage has grown to 5 dedicated members and is now looking for our newest teammate. We are seeking someone to join our growing team who can help us offer the level of service that we have become known for, while assisting an ever-expanding client-base throughout Ontario. We are truly looking for our next business partner: someone we can grow long-term with, and who can grow with us.

Responsibilities include:

- Book-keeping and AdministrationMonthly bank reconciliations and visa tracking

Digital receipt collection, tracking, and storageMonthly journal entriesReceiving deposits and issuing receiptsPreparing commission invoices
- Trade and Document ManagementCollecting and inputting data for MLS listings

Document management in Lone Wolf’s Transaction DeskPreparing trades for closing in Lone Wolf’s Back OfficeClient document preparationSending documents for signing through Lone Wolf's TransactionDesk
- Day-to-Day Office ManagementAnswering phone calls
- Marketing and Social MediaSourcing and purchasing client gifts

Photographing properties soldUpdating website and social media with new listings

The experience we are looking for includes:

- Previous administrative experience required
- Book-keeping experience an asset
- Lone Wolf experience an asset
- Driver's license and vehicle required

While experience in a real estate office is helpful, we are most interested in finding the right person who understands the transformational impact that an effective administrative assistant can have on a small business, is passionate about this, and has a proven track record of providing this in previous roles, regardless of the industry.

The contract is one year in length, with the option to extend at the end of the year.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
