Roslin Enterprises Inc., is seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator for our Woodstock office.

At Roslin Enterprises Inc., we offer a complete and effective organic waste management solution for the foodservice industry, with a strong focus on sustainability. We are committed to providing peace of mind to our customers while managing their used cooking oil collection needs from start to finish. We collect a used waste product, process it, and then use our product to create biodiesel, which we ship to global leaders of green energy. All wastewater collected is processed through an anaerobic digester to help make methane gas, generating electricity. Roslin is committed to the responsible care of our environment.

**Role Summary**

This position provides ongoing support to all in recruitment, staff training and development, employee relations and disciplinary matters, human resources reporting and on-going performance management initiatives in accordance to applicable legislation, policies, and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee all human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, and benefits administration and terminations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources that align with the company's overall mission and values
- Assign all safety training programs for employees through 3rd party providers on WHMIS, Fall Protection, Personal Protection Equipment, CPR/First Aid, industry specific related issues, etc.,
- Conduct safety audits and inspections with other members of H&S team to ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
- Remain current on applicable legislation and work place policies, in particular, the Canada Labour Code
- Responsible for WSIB program, including submission of forms, follow ups and communication with WSIB and employees
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR matters
- Maintain accurate attendance records to track work hours, sick days and vacation banks
- Follow up on employee concerns in a timely manner
- Coordination of Company Social Activities (birthdays, work anniversaries), maintain current contact list

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**
- Post-secondary in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of generalized experience in a variety of HR related areas: HR Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and benefits, Occupational Health and Safety and HRIS data management
- Strong attention to detail, well organized with an excellent ability to prioritize, multi-task and take initiative
- Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills
- Valid G-Class driver’s license for the Province of Ontario, access to reliable transportation
