Office Coordinator

The coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- **General Accounting**including accounts payable and receivable, billing, and reconciliation and journal entries
- **Payroll**: Complete weekly payroll, track and pay source deductions, EHT, WSIB.
- **Purchasing**: Track and order required office supplies.
- **HR Administration** including onboarding of new hires, tracking vacation and monitoring employee benefits program
- **Office Coordination**:this includes filing, answering incoming calls and inquiries, planning and coordinating office events, ensuring smooth office function
- Diploma in Office Administration Management or similar paired with 5+ years of experience in coordinating/managing an office, experience in an engineering firm is considered an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Ability to learn and implement new office/project management software packages.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to assist in project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- G license and reliable transportation as some driving is required.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
