As a Guest services/ Event staff professional with Raptor Force Event Security Services Corp. You will working some of the largest events around the Victoria area. You will have the ability to see some of the best shows and talent attending our community. But most of all you will get to work with a truly great team of people.

All guest services/ event staff professionals will be responsible for positional duties depending on the deployment. Some of these duties may include:

- To greet patrons at gates in a professional manner.
- To scan patron tickets for the venue using electronic devices
- Assisting patrons in finding their designated seating
- Assisting patrons in finding different Venue/ Event services
- Provide access control alongside security for key points around the venue.
- Participates in setup/ and take down of equipment as needed
- Report all violations of all government acts and regulations, as well as venue violations to Event Supervisors.
- Adheres to all standards, policies and procedures of the company and the venue
- Respond to and handle patron problems/ complaints or know when to call for a supervisor to assist in resolving said issue
- Follows all health policies of the company/ event/ venue in regards to Covid-19

**Required Qualifications**:

- Write witness statements as needed
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Proficient communication skills both verbal and written.
- Be double vaccinated for Covid-19

**Experience**:

- Is considered and asset

**Uniform**:

- Black Tactical Pants. (Information can be requested form the employer for recommended pants and payment options)
- Sturdy black footwear

**Licence/ Certification**:

- OFA (Occupational First Aid) 1, 2, 3 considered an asset, but not required

**Work remotely**:

- No

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

- On call
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

COVID-19 considerations:
PPE is provided. All issued equipment is sanitized prior to and after each use.
