**Casual On-Call Event Staff**

We’re looking for a few solid humans to jump in on a casual, on-call basis and help us bring the good vibes to our events. Think weddings, pop-ups, private dinners, corporate parties—no two events are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

This is **contract work**, paid at **$30/hour**, and perfect for folks who have flexible schedules, a strong work ethic, and a knack for making things run smooth without making a fuss.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- On-site event setup and breakdown
- Food service (buffet, passed, family-style, etc.)
- Supporting chefs and leads with whatever’s needed
- Being kind, calm, and professional with guests
- Pitching in where it counts—because we’re all hands on deck

**Who You Are**:

- Comfortable in fast-paced event environments
- Experienced in hospitality, catering, or events
- A team player with a sense of humour and hustle
- Professional but relaxed—you can read a room and roll with the punches
- **Must have reliable transportation**—events take place all over Greater Victoria (and beyond). Travel time is paid for remote gigs.

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
