**Position Overview**:
As the Senior Executive Assistant / Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing executive calendars, facilitating communication across departments, and overseeing the daily office/manufacturing operations. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure the efficient running of the office and provide key administrative support to senior leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support**:

- Manage the executive team’s calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize daily activities.
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for executives.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

**Office/Facility Administration**:

- Oversee daily office/manufacturing operations, including managing office/shop supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure office systems run efficiently.
- Organize and maintain office filing and record-keeping systems.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and help with HR administrative tasks as needed.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure timely information flow.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other business documents.

**Project Management**:

- Support project coordination and planning for company-wide initiatives.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow up on action items as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role (5+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Ability to prioritize and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
