Ferro Technics is looking for an energetic, passionate and resourceful **Office Administrator** to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks as well as maintain a strong online presence for our company. This is a hybrid role that is an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Keep our main office and exam centre running seamlessly by meeting and greeting clients, signing them in and signing for any packages and/ or deliveries
- Ensure the office and exam center are in presentable condition at all time
- Ensure timely communications with clients
- Work with CEO to ensure all communication are responded in a timely manner.
- Keep track of Employee Holidays and other leaves.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contacts (rent, services, etc.)
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Ensure Invoices to clients are sent in time
- Ensure all receivables are tracked and reminders are sent at appropriate time
- To make decisions and exercise sound judgment in anticipating and initiating appropriate action along with able to analyze situations/ issues and recommend change
- Answer any inquiries regarding courses, schedules and fees: schedule certificate training
- Support the team with other various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
- Implement online marketing strategies and campaigns through various social media accounts
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective clients, e.g. promotions
- Oversee social media accounts’ layout
- Represent the Company in exhibitions (e.g. Sector, ITech etc.)
- Manage Web Development team

**EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven work experience as an Office administrator or office Manager
- Experience with coordinating marketing and social media efforts.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
- Strong foundation in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and QuickBooks
- Previous experience processing accounts payable and receivable (AP / AR)
- Working knowledge of office equipment (fax machine, photocopier, scanner, etc.)
- Proven experience handling social media accounts and creating social media content
- Familiar with online marketing strategies and marketing channels

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Associate’s/College degree; BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
- Proven experience in customer service

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
